How ordering works

Four steps, one conversation.

Every piece is made to order, so an order starts with a message rather than a checkout.

  1. Message us on WhatsApp

    Send the piece you like, a colour, a photo or an invitation. You can also use the form below — it opens WhatsApp with your details already written out.

  2. We agree the details

    Size, colours, quantity and the wrapping — and the date you need it ready. Nothing is made until that is settled between us.

  3. You pay

    Once the details and the date are agreed, payment confirms the order and the piece goes into the making schedule.

  4. Delivery or pickup

    We deliver across Toronto and the GTA, or you collect from the studio at a time we arrange together.
