The short version, because there is not much to say: we sell handmade candles, we talk to you on WhatsApp, and this website collects nothing.

Privacy

  1. This site collects nothing. No accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. Nothing you do here is stored on the site or in your browser.
  2. The enquiry form does not send us anything by itself. It only writes a message for you and opens WhatsApp with it. You decide whether to press send.
  3. When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by phone, we keep what you send — your name, your contact, the order details and a delivery address when there is one — so we can make and deliver your order. WhatsApp and Instagram are run by their own companies under their own privacy policies.
  4. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.
  5. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you. Message us and it is done.

Terms

  1. Everything is made to order. Prices on this site are a guide in Canadian dollars; the final price and the ready-by date are agreed with you in the chat before anything is made.
  2. Payment confirms the order. Once you pay, your piece goes into the making schedule for the date we agreed.
  3. It is handmade. Colour, shape and finish vary a little from piece to piece, and photographs are examples rather than exact copies.
  4. Delivery or pickup. We deliver around Toronto and the GTA, or you collect from the studio at a time we arrange together.
  5. If something is wrong — a change of plan, a delay, a piece that arrives damaged — message us in the same chat and we will sort it out with you.
  6. Candle safety. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from anything that can catch fire, and out of reach of children and pets. Many of these pieces are made to be kept unlit.
